Applicants should hold active state licensure (or BCaBA+) and a Bachelor’s degree with ABA coursework, plus supervisory ABA experience. Additional state credentials may be required by location.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required or BCaBA certification or higher.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 semester units in ABA and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with licensure requirements and company policies.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
