PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery across regions. You will ensure continuity of care, support professional growth, and uphold PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 semester units in ABA and one year supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
