PBS Corp. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team development. The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed timely.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold licensure and certification requirements in practice.
