PBS Corp. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and staff professional growth. The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and commitment to PBS Corp.'s standards of excellence.

Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply. The Program Manager will coordinate with regional teams, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to licensure and BCaBA certification

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and one year in a supervisory ABA role.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
