Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking Program Managers to oversee and coordinate high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and the professional growth of teams.

Strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership are essential; bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply. Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.
• State credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field

12 semester units in applied behavior analysis

1 year supervisory ABA experience

BCaBA certification
