PBS Corp. seeks experienced Program Managers to oversee and coordinate high quality ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support the professional growth of their teams. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged to apply. Active state licensure or BCaBA certification and a Bachelor's degree with ABA coursework are required.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
