Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification as required by local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree, twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis, and one year in a supervisory ABA role.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation, including E Sign and compliance forms, is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure and certification requirements.
