Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting team growth. Strong clinical judgment and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification (or higher).
• Bachelor's degree with 12 semester units in ABA and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Education

BCaBA certification or higher

Bachelor's degree with ABA coursework (12 semester units)
