Active state licensure or BCaBA+ certification is required, plus a Bachelor's degree and ABA coursework with supervisory ABA experience. Additional state credentials may be required by location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold licensure and certification requirements and clinical standards.
