PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, ensuring continuity of care and supporting team growth.

Strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership are essential, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged. Responsibilities include program oversight, regional coordination, and maintaining compliance with licensure and internal standards while fostering professional development and ethical practice across

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or BCaBA or higher.
• Bachelor's degree with twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis and one year of supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
