The role requires strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged.

Key responsibilities include program implementation oversight, regional coordination, staffing support, and ensuring documentation is accurate and timely, while maintaining licensure standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local requirements and/or BCaBA or higher.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 semester units in applied behavior analysis.
• One year supervising ABA services or providing oversight for behavior modification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification requirements.
