Qualified candidates hold active state licensure or BCaBA/certification, a BA/BS with ABA coursework, and supervisory ABA experience, with state-specific credentials as needed. Flexible scheduling, career growth, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA/certification (or higher).
• Bachelor's degree plus 12 ABA units and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
