Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA or higher.
• Bachelor's degree, 12 semester units in applied behavior analysis, and one year of supervisory ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation (E Sign, post hire documents, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Mentor supervisees and support their professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure and certification.
