Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification
• Bachelor's degree with 12 semester units in ABA
• One year supervising ABA services design/oversight

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies/regulations
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs
• Ensure all documentation (E Sign, post hire documents, compliance forms) is completed on time
• Mentor and support professional development of supervisees
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure/certification requirements
