PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support the professional growth of their teams.

Candidates must hold active state licensure or BCaBA or higher, a Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units, and one year of supervisory ABA experience. Additional state credentials may be required depending on location; bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery.
• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy/regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, time-off approvals, and staffing needs.
• Ensure accurate completion of E Sign, post-hire documents, and compliance forms.
• Mentor supervisees and uphold licensure/certification standards.
