Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team development across regions.

Candidates need active licensure or BCaBA+ certification, a Bachelor’s degree with ABA coursework, and at least one year in a supervisory ABA role.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree with twelve ABA units and supervisory ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all documentation and compliance forms are completed on time.
• Mentor supervisees and uphold high clinical standards.
