Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high‑quality ABA service delivery. You will ensure continuity of care, align clinical practices with licensure standards, and support ongoing professional growth across regional teams.

The role requires active state licensure or BCaBA certification, a bachelor’s degree with ABA coursework, and at least one year supervising ABA services. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree with ABA coursework and supervision experience in ABA services.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
