PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of client care, and support professional growth of teams. The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Ideal candidates will hold BCaBA or higher certification or a related credential, a relevant bachelor's degree with ABA coursework, and supervisory ABA experience. State credentials may vary by location.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree with twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis and one year supervisory ABA experience.
• State-specific credentials may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
