Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support the professional growth of its teams.

Ideal candidates hold active state licensure (or BCaBA) and a relevant degree with ABA supervision experience; bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include coordinating program implementation with regional teams, maintaining high clinical and ethical standards, and guiding staff through performance reviews

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and BCaBA or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree, 12 ABA units, and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Mentor supervisees and uphold licensure/certification standards.
