Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. You will coordinate with regional teams and ensure compliance with licensure, certification, and company standards.

This role requires active state licensure or BCaBA+, a Bachelor's with ABA coursework, and supervisory ABA experience. Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged. Flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and a quarterly bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA or higher.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and one year supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
