MAXIM HEALTHCARE SERVICES is seeking a Midlevel II Supervisor in California to provide clinical support and case management under a BCBA supervisor. The role involves supervising Behavior Technicians, developing goals and intervention plans, and training families and staff in behavior change plans.

The position requires a master’s degree in a relevant field, BCBA exam preparation, and bilingual English/Spanish (preferred). CPR/BLS certification and 18+ years of age are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and BACB coursework enrollment (preparing for BCBA exam).
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and clients.
• Computer proficiency required.
• CPR/BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Develops goals and behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Oversees Behavior Technicians and supervises caseloads.
• Conducts face-to-face case supervision for assigned caseload.
• Trains staff and families in behavior change plans and goals.
• Monitors progress and treatment effectiveness of behavioral programs.
