Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking a Case Supervisor to lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, oversee client services, and help implement individualized behavior plans in Southern California. The role supports families through training and collaboration, ensuring clinical quality and funding compliance.

Two years of experience and MA/MS in ABA or related field are required; BCBA coursework is preferred. Travel within designated areas is expected, with flexible part-time and full-time options

Qualifications

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned areas.
• Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision.
• Oversee services for clients and ensure fidelity to intervention plans.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with families through training and communication.
• Ensure clinical quality, documentation, and funding compliance.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
