This role combines direct service with clinical leadership, focusing on case oversight and staff development, under the supervision of a BCBA. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience working with individuals with ASD.
• Experience supervising or training staff.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, data collection systems, and behavior reduction strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide direct supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs/BTS).
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field
