Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking a Case Supervisor to lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, oversee client services, and help implement individualized behavior intervention plans. You will partner with families through training and collaboration while ensuring clinical quality and compliance with funding sources.

This role supports ongoing professional development within our Southern California ABA team. Applicants should have an MA/MS in ABA or related field, at least 2 years of relevant

Qualifications

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services (BCBA coursework units preferred).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned areas.
• Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision.
• Oversee services for clients and ensure quality.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
