360 Behavioral Health in California is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II to advance your ABA career while pursuing your Master’s degree. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, supervise Behavior Technicians, and maintain billable services while contributing to high-quality clinical programs.

As a resident of California, you will gain hands-on supervisory experience, develop leadership skills, mentor staff, and shape treatment approaches within a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ABA experience (desired)
• 1+ year supervisory experience, including staff training and performance evaluations
• Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies
• Report writing and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed.
