Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking a Case Supervisor in California to lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, oversee services for clients, and help develop individualized intervention plans. This role requires a MA/MS in ABA or related field and at least 2 years of experience, with valid driver's license and travel ability.

You will partner with families through training and communication, ensure documentation and compliance, and contribute to a culture of excellence in a supportive ABA team.

Qualifications

MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
2+ years designing or implementing behavior analytic services.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
Onboarding and pre-employment requirements met.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision.
Oversee services for clients.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
