Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services in California seeks an Assistant Behavior Analyst or Midlevel Supervisor to provide clinical support and supervision to Behavior Technicians under a BCBA. The role develops goals, supervises staff, and conducts face-to-face case oversight.

Requires a master’s degree in a related field, BCBA exam prep, and at least 1 year of experience with children with autism. Bilingual preferred; salary is $30–$32 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Possess a master’s degree in social work or related field (MA in ABA preferred).
• Must have at least 1 year of experience providing behavioral services to children with autism or related disorders.
• Enrolled in BACB courses and preparing for BCBA exam.

Responsibilities

• Develop goals, programs, and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Oversee Behavior Technicians and supervise caseloads.
• Conduct face-to-face supervision and assessments.
• Train staff and families on behavior change plans and skill acquisition goals.
• Update behavior change plans with progress and outcomes.
• Monitor progress and effectiveness of behavioral programs.
