Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking a Case Supervisor to lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, oversee services, and help design individualized behavior intervention plans for children and young adults across Southern California.

You will collaborate with families, ensure high-quality documentation and compliance, and partner with BCBA clinicians to drive program success. This role offers part-time and full-time options and a clear path for professional growth.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel within assigned areas.
• Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision.
• Oversee services for clients.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Partner with families through training, communication, and collaboration.
• Ensure clinical quality, documentation, and compliance with funding sources.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, learning, and continuous improvement.
