GOALS for Autism, Inc. in Stockton, CA seeks a Mid-Level Clinical Supervisor to support BCBA-directed ABA services for clients aged 14 months and up.

The role includes supervising Behavior Technicians, ensuring treatment plan integrity, collecting data, and guiding parents in natural settings. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree, enrollment in BCaBA/BCBA, and at least two years of ABA experience; supervision of RBTs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Enrollment in BCaBA or BCBA program required.
• Two years of related professional experience applying ABA methodologies with ASD.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in development of individualized programs for clients ages 14 months and older in natural settings.
• Provide program training and feedback to behavior technicians and parents in naturalistic settings.
• Supervises implementation of client treatment plans and data collection by Behavior Technicians.
• Under BCBA direction, ensure medical necessity and maintain data on treatment goals.
• Participate in group supervision at least twice per month and assist with required assignments.
• Demonstrate leadership by participating in company activities and trainings quarterly.
