Job summary

New Beginnings Pediatric Therapy (MetroEHS) seeks an ABA Manager to lead the ABA program at our Richmond, KY clinic. You will mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs, ensuring high-quality, individualized services rooted in evidence-based ABA.

The role emphasizes collaboration with OT, Speech, and PT within a multidisciplinary team. You will drive clinical excellence, supervise staff, and expand program capacity while upholding regulatory standards and parent education.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential and Kentucky licensure required.
• Willingness to obtain Michigan credentialing if needed.
• 3+ years of leadership/supervision of behavioral programs and clinical staff.
• Experience with behavioral assessments, support plans, and progress monitoring tools.
• Strong ABA clinical skills and change leadership ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the clinical direction of the ABA program with high-quality services.
• Mentor a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs to foster growth and excellence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with Speech, OT, and PT for multidisciplinary care.
• Train and onboard new BCBAs; provide ongoing supervision.
• Monitor ABA program efficiency and balance staff caseloads.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for staff retention.
• Educate staff and parents on treatment plans before service initiation.
• Strengthen parent training to boost engagement.
• Expand clinic capacity while maintaining individualized plans.
• Develop skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Adjust behavior plans based on client progress and needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation, supervision notes, and progress data.
• Perform comprehensive assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK) at intake and semi-annually.
• Participate in meetings and training to promote best practices.
