Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks an executive ABA Clinic Director to lead a new Richmond center. The role combines clinical leadership with strategic operations to ensure evidence-based ABA services meet regulatory and organizational standards.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, mentor BCBAs and staff, and build a collaborative clinical culture from the ground up. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position in Richmond, VA.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with eligibility to obtain.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical ABA experience, incl. 2 years in leadership.
• Experience with ABA-specific technology platforms; able to train others.
• Deep understanding of ABA, ethics, state licensure laws.
• Strong leadership, change management, organizational, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct management and mentorship to BCBAs and care coordinators for clinical excellence.
• Oversee BTs and RBTs in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
• Serve as RBT Requirements Coordinator for clinic RBTs.
• Ensure HIPAA, BACB ethics, and licensing compliance; drive quality improvements.
