Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for mentoring others and helping children succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services.
• Mentor staff and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Conduct FBAs and VB-MAPP/ABLLS/Vineland assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and oversee implementation.
• Coach families and caregivers on behavior strategies.
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust programming.
