Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks a high-performing BCBA to become ABA Clinic Director for our new Richmond center. This executive role combines clinical leadership with strategic operations to deliver evidence-based ABA services while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will lead a team of BCBAs, BTs, and RBTs; partner with senior leadership; and shape a collaborative clinical culture from the ground up. Full-time, on-site role in Richmond, VA.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or eligible.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical ABA experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Proficiency with ABA-specific technology platforms; ability to train others.
• Deep understanding of ABA principles, ethics, and state licensure laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct management and mentorship to BCBAs and Care Coordinators to ensure clinical excellence.
• Oversee BTs and RBTs in collaboration with Operations Manager; ensure supervision protocols.
• Serve as RBT Requirements Coordinator for clinic RBTs and ensure policy adherence.
• Ensure treatment plans are implemented with high fidelity through observations and data reviews.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development in alignment with leadership.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on clinic goals and operational procedures.
• Monitor KPIs such as client progress, hour utilization, and staff productivity.
• Maintain HIPAA, BACB ethics, and regulatory compliance across all activities.
