Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy seeks an ABA Manager to lead the ABA program at our Waterford clinic. You will mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based services for individuals with autism in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.

You will supervise clinical staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and expand program capacity while maintaining individualized treatment plans and productive caseloads.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field and BCBA certification are required.
• 3+ years' experience leading/supervising behavioral programs and clinical staff.
• Strong ABA clinical skills and ability to drive program change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the clinical direction of the ABA program.
• Oversee and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs for professional growth.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with other therapists to support multidisciplinary care.
• Train and onboard new BCBAs and provide ongoing supervision.
