Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Waterford, MI seeks an ABA Manager to lead our ABA program at the neighborhood clinic. You will mentor a team of BCBAs, RBTs and BTs, drive clinical excellence, ensure evidence-based ABA services, and collaborate with speech, OT and PT to support holistic care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and BCBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the clinical direction of the ABA program.
• Oversee and mentor a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists to support a multidisciplinary approach.
• Train and onboard new BCBAs while providing ongoing supervision and professional development.
• Monitor and optimize ABA program efficiency and staff caseloads.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to support staff growth.
• Educate staff and parents on individualized treatment plans before service initiation.
• Strengthen parent training to enhance engagement and empower families.
• Expand clinic capacity while maintaining high-quality, individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and refine skill acquisition programs and behavior plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and conduct comprehensive assessments at intake and semi-annually.
• Participate in staff meetings and training workshops to promote best practices.
