MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Southfield is seeking an ABA Manager to lead the ABA program, mentor a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs, and ensure high-quality services for children with Autism. This clinic-based role emphasizes evidence-based practices, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and growth opportunities.

As ABA Manager you will guide clinical direction, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and expand capacity while maintaining individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification.
• 3+ years of supervision experience.
• Experience with behavioral assessments and progress monitoring.
• Strong ABA clinical skills.
• Ability to drive change and improve processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Analytical problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the ABA program's clinical direction.
• Mentor a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs for professional growth.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and best ABA practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary therapists to support care.
• Train, onboard, and supervise staff; conduct reviews.
• Monitor ABA program efficiency and staff caseloads.
• Educate staff/parents on treatment plans and progress.
