Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in North Sterling Heights seeks an ABA Manager to lead and oversee the ABA program at our neighborhood clinic. You will mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs, ensure compliance with ABA best practices, and collaborate with speech, OT, and PT teams for multidisciplinary care.

The role emphasizes program development, staff supervision, data-driven outcomes, and parent education, with focus on evidence-based practices and growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification through BACB.
• 3+ years of experience leading or supervising behavioral programs.
• Experience with behavioral assessments, support plans, and progress monitoring tools.
• Strong ABA clinical skills and change-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the clinical direction of an ABA program, ensuring high-quality, individualized services.
• Oversee and mentor a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs, fostering professional growth and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists to support a multidisciplinary approach.
• Train and onboard new BCBAs while providing ongoing supervision and professional development.
• Monitor and optimize ABA program efficiency with balanced staff caseloads.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to support staff retention.
• Educate staff and parents on treatment plans before service initiation.
• Strengthen parent training to enhance engagement and empowerment.
