Reliatus Behavioral Health is seeking an executive-level BCBA to launch and lead a new ABA clinic in Richmond, VA. This role oversees daily clinical operations, mentors BCBAs, and drives high-quality, evidence-based ABA services with strong administrative backing.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in ABA, BCBA certification, and VA licensure, plus experience managing teams and ensuring regulatory/compliance standards are met. Join a mission-driven organization focused on clinical excellence.

Competenze

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.
Current Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (or immediate eligibility to obtain).
Minimum of 5 years of clinical ABA experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or clinical leadership role.

Mansioni

Provide direct management and mentorship to BCBAs and Care Coordinators, ensuring alignment and clinical excellence.
Oversee Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
Serve as RBT Requirements Coordinator for all clinic RBTs and ensure supervision protocols.
Maintain high fidelity of client ABA treatment plans through observations and data reviews.
Drive hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development of clinic staff in partnership with leadership.
Maintain HIPAA, BACB ethical guidelines, insurance regulations, and licensure compliance.
