Job summary

Taskids Richmond clinic in the Willow Lawn area is seeking a BCBA Clinic Manager to oversee the new clinic, collaborating with our operations team and VA Clinical Director. You will mentor and lead a team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs while also handling a client caseload.

You will drive clinical quality and compliance, develop data‑driven treatment plans, and deliver family‑focused ABA. A BCBA certification with 3–5 years clinic leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 3–5 years of experience after BCBA certification.
• Experience supervising in a clinic setting is ideal.
• Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
• Commitment to leadership and to Taskids as a premier ABA provider.
• Willingness to work hard to grow the Richmond clinic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical aspect of our new Richmond clinic with operations and the VA Clinical Director.
• Mentor and supervise BCBAs, BCaBAs and RBTs while managing a client caseload.
• Ensure clinical quality and compliance with family‑focused care.
• Complete initial and recurring assessments with specific tools.
• Collect data and create individualized treatment plans; provide 20+ hours weekly.
• Deliver industry‑leading Family Guidance and collaborate with the team.
• Assist with intakes, discharges, and transition planning; support clinic growth.

Clinic Manager Job Duties:

• You will oversee the clinical aspect of our new clinic in Richmond alongside our operations team and Virginia Clinical Director.
• You will engage, mentor, and inspire our team of BCBAs, BCaBAs and RBTs while also handling a client caseload
• You will be in charge of clinical quality and compliance at the clinic, ensuring we are providing family focused clinical excellence
• Complete initial and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools
• Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child\
• Provide 20+ treatment hours per week with your clients
• Provide industry leading Family Guidance
• Collaborate and problem solve with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to helping families reach their full potentials
• Assist with intakes, as well as discharge and transition planning for clients
• Other duties associated with the growth and development of the Taskids Richmond clinic as needed

Clinic Manager Requirements:

• Currently aBoard Certified Behavior Analystwith at least 3-5 years of experience after BCBA certification
• Experience supervising in a clinic setting is ideal.
