Job summary

Center For Autism and Related Disorders, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients with autism. You will assess skills, develop plans, supervise staff, and coach caregivers across settings including center, home, school, and telehealth.

The role emphasizes treatment integrity, data-driven plan updates, and collaboration with payors and families to improve patient outcomes. Applicants should have a Master's in Psychology or ABA and BACB certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (or related field).
• BACB certification as a behavior analyst is required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary.
• TB test clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes with sound clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure 100% adherence to supervision hours monthly.
• Oversee and coach behavior technicians in protocols.
• Coordinate care across centers, homes, schools, and telehealth.
• Update treatment plans monthly based on patient response.
