Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients across settings including center, home, school, and telehealth. You will develop plans, coach caregivers, and ensure adherence to treatment protocols.

Requirements include a Master’s in Psychology or ABA and BACB certification; experience with ASD is preferred. Travel between locations and a compliance-focused role are involved.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field.
• BACB certification as a behavior analyst.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Supervise and train behavioral technicians and caregivers.
• Ensure 120 payor/client authorized billable hours monthly.
