Center For Autism and Related Disorders, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients across multiple settings including center, home, school, or telehealth.

You will develop treatment plans, supervise behavioral technicians, and coordinate with families and payors, ensuring adherence to ABA protocols and privacy standards. The role requires a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA and BACB certification, with ASD experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BACB) required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.
• Reliable transportation and insurance when necessary; TB test required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee clinical treatment for patients; develop and supervise treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet monthly 100% adherence.
