The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, Inc. seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee treatment for patients across multiple settings, including center, home, school, and telehealth.

You will develop plans, supervise staff, and coordinate with caregivers and payors to ensure high-quality ABA interventions. Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Psychology or ABA with BACB certification, experience with ASD, and ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA and BACB certification.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and supervision.
• Ability to travel locally to multiple sites as needed.

Responsabilités

• Promote optimal outcomes through clinical judgment and supervision.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans with caregivers and staff.
• Ensure supervision hours meet monthly targets and maintain high treatment adherence.
• Assess patients, analyze skills/behaviors, and adjust plans accordingly.
• Provide coaching to behavior technicians and coordinate care across locations.
