Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment, develop plans, and coach caregivers across center, home, school, and telehealth settings.

You will lead treatment planning, supervise technicians, ensure 100% adherence, and collaborate with payors and families. A Master’s degree and BACB certification are required, with strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary.
• Must pass tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Uses clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure that supervision hours are 100% adherence each month.
• Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths.
• Analyze challenging behaviors to identify the function of the behavior.
• Develop functionally relevant treatment plans to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Direct behavior technicians in the implementation of new or revised treatment protocols.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians.
• Primarily works onsite to support technicians and follow best practices of direct observation.
• Update treatment plans at least once per month based on patient response.
