Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes by applying clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet monthly requirements.
• Coach and train behavioral technicians.
• Coordinate care with caregivers and payers.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
