Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or ABA or related field is required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BACB) is required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet monthly targets.
• Oversee treatment implementation across settings (center, home, school, telehealth).
• Coach and train behavioral technicians and caregivers.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and communication.
