Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee ABA treatment, develop and monitor treatment plans, and coach caregivers and staff across multiple settings. You will ensure data-driven progress and collaborate with payors and families to optimize outcomes.

The role emphasizes on-site work with flexible locations (center, home, school) and requires a BACB certification and a Master’s degree in psychology or ABA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary.
• Tuberculosis test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Direct behavior technicians in the implementation of new or revised treatment protocols.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians.
• Summarize and analyze data to evaluate patient progress toward treatment goals.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and secure documentation.
