Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.
• Valid transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary.
• TB test clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical treatment and supervise staff.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans for patients.
• Ensure supervision hours compliance and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate care with caregivers, payors, and other professionals.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and data integrity.
