Center For Autism and Related Disorders, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment plans and supervise behavior technicians across varied sites, including center, home, school, and telehealth settings.

The role emphasizes evidence-based ABA practices and collaboration with families to support patient progress. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Psychology or ABA and BACB certification, with strong communication and data-analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology or ABA or related field.
• BACB Behavior Analyst certification.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes for each patient using clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans and ensure 100% supervision adherence.
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with caregivers and payors.
• Provide ongoing coaching to behavioral technicians and supervise treatment.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and data analysis.
