Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients with autism across multiple settings, including center, home, school, and telehealth. The role emphasizes supervision, treatment planning, and collaboration with caregivers and payers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA is required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Oversee implementation of treatment and supervise behavior technicians.
• Coordinate care with caregivers and other professionals.
• Update treatment plans monthly and ensure 120+ billable hours per month.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and communicate with stakeholders.
